This press release highlights Cleats for Kids’ annual Bedlam Drive. This strategic campaign activates students at the University of Oklahoma and Oklahoma State University to support youth sports access across the state. By tapping into the schools’ historic rivalry, the drive sparks friendly competition to collect the most donated sports gear. The press release incorporates compelling data points to strengthen its message and includes clear calls to action for media, students, athletes, and volunteers. This sample showcases my ability to create mission-driven, media-ready content that supports organizational goals, fosters community partnerships, and boosts nonprofit visibility.

This media advisory was created to promote “Horses & Healing,” a community open house at Quail Ridge Farm in Edmond, Oklahoma. The event showcases how equine-assisted learning supports emotional healing and personal growth and aims to educate others about the existence of this innovative practice and its effectiveness.
I wrote and structured the piece to feel clear and professional while reflecting the brand's calm, grounded tone. It’s a great example of how I combine strategic messaging with heart-led storytelling.

This narrative profile tells the true story of my grandfather, Roger Cole, a young man from Midwest City, Oklahoma, whose determination and motivation turned a simple job into a lifelong legacy. Anchored by the symbolic thread of a two-dollar bill, the story follows his journey from poverty to becoming president of an insurance company, guided by perseverance, mentorship, and belief in something bigger.
Written while I was in college, this piece blends personal history with a narrative craft that motivates. Roger’s story became my inspiration. His work ethic, resilience, and ability to lead with heart continue to shape how I approach storytelling, branding, and connection in my career. This piece reflects his legacy and the values guiding my creative work today.

This piece came from a simple truth I believe wholeheartedly. Women are a force without limits. Inspired by Nike’s motivational campaigns and Girls on the Run’s mission to help every girl find her confidence, I wanted to create something that speaks for all women and reclaims “like a girl” as a badge of honor. It’s also a reminder to women, and the world, that our strength is undeniable, our potential is limitless, and we are capable of anything we set our minds to, despite generations of doubt from society.
